As a group we began this project by experimenting with different puppetry styles, this fish maquette was a key starting point.

Rainbow Trout Puppet
For this Puppet I worked form a Maquette to create a one person fish puppet. I began by sketching and story boarding the performance with all the puppets involved. Then I started working out which materials would work and which wouldn't, creating a sculpt and assembling all the parts and rendering.

Giant Betta Fish Puppet
I began by making a pattern but decided to make this puppet out of Willow. I then dyed the fabric the colours I chose and sprayed the Willow the same colours.
Fisherman
This fisherman was based on a mud man puppet that Rhianna Yates made in the earlier stages of this project, the fisherman came about gradually and I sculpted this drippy muddy face for the character.
